Awesome run this morning with Steve, Logan, and Clyde. I love the challenge of trying to keep with those guys. I call them the "White Kenyans." We did about 14 miles, the air was cool, which was really nice. Started off slow for a few miles, then we really hammered it for a couple miles, backed off for a few miles, then did a little one mile time trial. The first half of the mile I felt I held a pretty good pace, but i am disappointed in how much i faded in the second half. I want another chance at that one.

I am getting pretty geeked up about this st george marathon in 3 and half weeks. Trying to go sub-3 will be a great challenge. I am getting myself mentally prepared for a 100percent effort.

Sounds like it was a good run.

Paul, great job! I think you have a real good shot at your SGM goal.

Way to hang tough and nail that run. Maybe we should do a little speed workout day... 800 or mile repeats. My body could use it to help the legs turn over better. Lets do something Friday or first of next weekish.

I've been waiting for your picture to come up... that everything I'd dreamed of and more.
